Sedentary Lifestyles & Heart Disease Risk


Physical Inactivity and Cardiovascular Disease

Here is a link to an article from the New York State Department of Health which covers some important information on being Sedentary. Any type of physical activity, even going for brisk walks or doing multiple 15 minute exercise throughout the day can impact Heart Disease. However, if an individual is Sedentary long periods of time, there could be possibly be negative impacts on the body.
